The day is spent in Bergamo, courtesy of a wonderful couple by the names of Franco and Maryluci Palazzuoli. Bergamo is a well kept secret with not too many tourist venturing there. It's a beautiful city full of art and tradition of the old Italian Cities...And sadly, we return for our last day in the town of Somasca...

Then off to Milano (Milan) by van. Milan is the industrial capital of Italy. People come here to both work and shop. We visit the Duomo Cathedral and 'window shop' at the stores we could never afford...(sigh)...

Definitely one of our favorite places during our pilgrimage. We head out to Lake Como where we visit some of the cities surrounding this large body of water...
